Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance by phone or by using the appointment links. For any missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours, RA Balance reserves the right to charge the Client a late fee equal to the cost of the missed therapy visit.

Appointments that are rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the original appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee.

Therapy sessions are scheduled as one (1) hour appointments ($150.00). Any Client who arrives late may not receive their full session time as appointments cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

Payment is due in full for each session at the time the appointment is made. Payment may be made by Zelle, Debit or Credit Card. If paying by credit card, a 2.9% convenience fee may be added or waived to the total charge. First Treatment and Consultation ($200.00) 1.5 hr. duration.

Clients shall be responsible for all costs associated with collection of cancelled or disputed credit card charges, including court costs and attorney’s fees, regardless of whether a lawsuit is filed. Delinquent balances shall accrue interest at 18% per annum.
