Meet Gary
Hey there, I’m Gary, co-owner and therapist at RA Balance Florida here in Stuart.
Born in the heart of New York City, Manhattan, my family eventually settled on the beautiful shores of Long Island before eventually relocating to Arizona. Sports have always been my passion – I practically lived on the football field in school, and even picked up golf as a teenager, a love that continues to this day.
Sedona, Arizona became the backdrop for my wedding to my amazing wife, Barbara. Together, we raised three wonderful children and now enjoy the joy of having a precious granddaughter. As a family, we sought adventure in Northern California.
My wife and I enjoy skiing and many water sports, particularly diving, and, for me, fishing. Several years ago, my wife and I decided to move to The Bahamas where we could spend more time pursuing our love for the ocean. However, this dream was challenged by Barbara’s declining health. Activities we cherished together became difficult, and despite diagnoses, medications brought little relief, only side effects. It was a heartbreaking time.
A turning point arrived on Grand Bahama Island in the form of RA Balance. After seeing how biomagnetic therapy helped Barbara to feel better both physically and emotionally, I decided to give it a try myself. The results were remarkable – I’m now free of prescription medications and experience significantly reduced pain and inflammation.
When Florida became our next chapter, our desire to continue receiving treatments while sharing RA Balance with others was strong. That’s the driving force behind our mission – to empower others on their path to holistic health and well-being, reclaiming the lives they deserve.

Meet Barbara
Hi, I’m Barbara, co-owner and therapist at RA Balance Florida here in Stuart.
Long Island, New York, might be my birthplace, but Arizona and California shaped most of my adult life. Florida, though, has always held a special place in my heart. As a child, I spent countless happy hours basking in the sunshine and playing on the beaches with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Married in Arizona to my beloved husband Gary, we built a family together – three amazing children and now, the joy of a granddaughter! Drawn by the laid-back island lifestyle and the incredible azure waters, we relocated to The Bahamas several years ago.
It was there, amidst the beauty, that my personal health journey took a challenging turn. For years, I had grappled with various health issues, and in The Bahamas, they intensified.
A beacon of hope arrived through a friend who opened an RA Balance office on Grand Bahama Island. Desperate for relief, I embraced this therapy – after all, what did I have to lose?
The results were nothing short of astonishing. Within the first week of receiving several biomagnetic therapy treatments, I felt a significant shift in my body. Infections seemed to fade, my autoimmune issues calmed, and for the first time in years, I felt a surge of hope. The stories of others experiencing similar transformations at RA Balance were equally inspiring.
Florida eventually became home, and with it came a powerful mission: to bring RA Balance to the States.
